Mr Speaker, where is the current constitution located?

It's probably in the Assembly somewhere.

The idea behind the Republican Code is to provide a guide for active administrative legislation passed by the Assembly. The Constitution is, of course, at the very top, being the most important part of administration for Antica.

I did not realize that the Republican Code now encompasses the Constitution. Thank you, Phineas.
